We are located near downtown Lakeland at 727 South Florida Avenue (State Road 37) near Interstate 4, US 92 (Memorial Blvd), and the Polk Expressway (SR 570 Toll):

Just go north on South Florida Ave. past the light on Cresap/McDonald, past Ridgewood, and then past Hillcrest to our building on the left (across the street from Platinum Bank). We are next to a smaller building with blue awnings.
Enter our parking lot by driving under our building off of South Florida Avenue. We are next door to the Blue Cross Blue Shield Office (a two story white and blue building) and directly across the street from the Platinum Bank.
Driving up Harden Blvd may bypass some traffic by taking Lake Hunter Drive to Cresap Street. Take Cresap to Missouri Avenue and make a left. Take Missouri to Palmetto Street and make a right. Take Palmetto to South Florida Avenue and make a right. Turn right at our office and go under our building to park. The building is partially hidden by a tall tree.
Go south on South Florida Ave. past the light at Walnut, past Hickory, and then Palmetto to our building on the right (across the street from Platinum Bank)
When in the southbound lane, the entrance is hidden by tall trees on the right.
When leaving the parking lot, drive toward the rear gate that opens automatically when a car slowly pulls up to it. Turn either way down the back alley road to reach South Florida Avenue. Please do not exit the clinic directly onto South Florida Avenue as you may encounter head on traffic.
